Baked fritters with smoked meat

Great dinner of flecks, cooked smoked meat, grated hard cheese, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs …

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 300 g of cooked smoked meat (roast) 300 g of flakes (pasta) 120 g grated hard cheese 200 ml milk 2 tbsp breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoonsoil 4 pcs oil ground black pepper water salt

Procedure:

1. Add the pasta to boiling salted water, stir in a tablespoon of oil and cook, in lightly salted water, according to the instructions on the package until tender
2. Drain the cooked pasta, rinse with cold water, drain and stir in the oil
3. Cut the meat into cubes and fry in a tablespoon of butter for 3 minutes, finally mix the fried meat with the pasta, season the mixture with salt and pepper
4. Fill a baking dish with the remaining butter and breadcrumbs, fill it with the pasta and meat, put it in an oven heated to 190 °C, let it bake for 5 minutes
5. Beat the eggs with milk and 40 g of cheese, pour the mixture over the pre-baked dish, put it back in the oven, where it bakes at 180 °C until crispy, about 35-40 minutes

Serve pickles or tomato or cucumber salad as a side dish.
