Baked flicks with smoked meat

Baked fritters with cubes of smoked meat, topped with beaten eggs, a classic that certainly belongs on our tables even in these modern times.

Ingredients:

1 kg of smoked ribs or 400 g smoked meat 1 packet of Vegetable Recipes (Grandma’s spots) 1 cup cooking cream 12% 2 tablespoons of lard 1 handful frozen peas 3 pcs eggs 3 pcs garlic cloves in water for ribs 2 pcs onions bob list new spices pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Bones or smoked meat cooked until tender with the addition of ingredients for this purpose, i.e. with bay leaf, allspice and 3 garlic cloves, cut the cooked and cooled meat into cubes
2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the bag
3. Brown the diced onion in the lard
4. Put the cooked pasta, fried onion, meat and peas in a baking dish or baking dish, add salt and pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly
5. Whisk the eggs in the cream and pour over the pasta
6. Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for about 20-30 minutes.

Recommendation:

It is better to put the pasta with the other ingredients in the oven, let it heat well for 10 minutes and then pour the beaten eggs over it, they will set better and faster.
