ingredients

progress

In our house, we really like roasted fish. However, sometimes we like to enhance it with different marinades or pastes to make it more interesting. This one has a pleasantly spicy flavour and is very mild and tasty when combined with a salad.

1.

Place the onion, garlic, ginger, one small chilli, soy sauce and olive oil in the chopper at a time. Blend everything together until a thick slurry forms.

2.

Wash the fish, remove the cubes and place in a baking tray on greaseproof paper. Then salt and pepper them. Finally, take the paste and spread it all over the surface.

3.

Place in the oven at 220 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. This recipe is really very quick and easy, so you can prepare it even when you come in tired from work.

4.

While the fish is baking, prepare a salad as a side dish. Crush the cashew nuts and toast them in a pan. Mix the sprouts with the mango, chillies, cooled cashews and drizzle with oil along with the soy sauce.
