Baked fish with potatoes and tomatoes

400 g white fish 2 pcs tomato 300 g medium precooked potatoes 1 pcs onion 70 g bacon a little oil to taste salt 3 sprigs rosemary 1 pcs lemon

1. Wash the fish, dry and drizzle with lemon juice. Cut the pre-cooked potatoes into quarters and place them in an ovenproof casserole dish or frying pan with the finely chopped onion and bacon. 2. Place the pieces of fish and quartered tomatoes on top of the potatoes and drizzle everything with oil. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes. About halfway through baking, add the rosemary to the mixture.
