Baked fish fillet

ingredients

4 pcs fish fillets 4 English bacon 100 g Eidam cheese 150 ml milk 1 pk egg 1 KL veg 1 stalk of rosemary 1 tbsp butter

procedure

1. Grease a baking dish with butter and spread the fish fillet slices in it. Place the diced bacon on top of the fillets. 2. Mix the grated cheese, eggs, vegeta and chopped rosemary in the milk. Pour this mixture over the fillets and place them in a medium oven to bake.
