250 g fish fillets 40 g lard 2 pcs egg 40 g hard cheese 3 tbsp sour cream to taste Vegetable Recipes
procedure
1. Cut the fish fillets into slices. Cut the soft cooked Vegetable Recipes into cubes. Fry the fillets in hot lard, add the chopped Vegetable Recipes and fry. 2. Place in a greased fireproof dish, pour beaten eggs and grated cheese, sprinkle with chopped parsley and bake in the oven. Pour the sour cream over the finished dish.
