Baked Finnish piiräkkä
Cooked potatoes baked with pieces of toasted bread, smoked butter and finely grated cheese.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the bread slices into cubes and fry them in the melted butter until crispy
2. Peel the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water until tender, drain them and cut them into smaller pieces
4. Put the cooked potatoes in a baking dish, add the browned meat and bread, salt, pepper, mix and sprinkle with finely grated cheese
5. Put in a preheated oven and bake slowly until the cheese melts.
