A quick warm appetizer of fennel bulb, red onion and other ingredients served topped with grated parmesan cheese.
Ingredients:

sweet cream |
1 tbsp |
chopped capers |
1 tbsp |
chopped parsley |

Procedure:
Clean the fennel bulbs, remove the stalks, cut in half and cut into wider noodles
Simmer the noodles briefly for 2-3 minutes in lightly salted water, drain, and let drain
.Grease a baking dish with olive oil, arrange the fennel noodles, red onion pieces, salt, pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and capers
Place in the preheated oven, bake for around 2-3 minutes, then baste with sweet cream, bake for a further 5 minutes
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parmesan cheese when warm and serve.
