Baked ermine with nuts and honey

4 pcs of ermine 4 tbsp honey 2 handfuls walnuts a little rosemary

Unwrap the ermine and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Slice them and make a lattice on top. Place the rosemary on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 5 minutes

Then remove the ermels, carefully transfer them to plates, sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.
