Baked eggs with cream

Baked eggs in bowls, served with toasted bread.

Ingredients:

Rule for 6 servings: 6 pcs eggs 6 tbsp whipping cream coarse sea salt olive oil butter to grease the mould toasted bread 125 ml baking dish

Procedure:

1. Grease the bowls with butter and place them in a baking tray, pour boiling water on the tray so that it reaches halfway up the bowls, crack an egg into each
2. Put the baking tray in an oven preheated to 190 °C and bake for 15 minutes
4. Serve the baked eggs with toasted bread.
