Baked Creamed Chicken

Chicken meat roasted with buns, garlic, cream, sprinkled with Balkan cheese and covered with puff pastry, baked until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. 1. Add the remaining oil, cleaned, sliced mushrooms, peeled, crushed garlic cloves, finely chopped rosemary and fry everything for another five minutes
3. Finally, pour in the cream, heat for two minutes until the juice thickens slightly, transfer the dish to a baking dish with a diameter of about 24 cm, sprinkle with grated Balkan cheese and cover with rolled puff pastry
4. Press the edges against the bowl, brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, when the pastry is slightly puffed and golden.
Recommendation:
Instead of the mushrooms you can use porcini mushrooms and replace the Balkan cheese with niva.
