Baked Couscous with Cauliflower

Cauliflower baked with couscous, egg, grated cheese and butter, sprinkled with almonds.

Procedure:
1. Take the cleaned cauliflower, break it into florets, put it in milk, season it with turmeric, nutmeg, ground pepper, salt and cook for about 10 minutes, then take out the cauliflower and spread it in a baking dish
2. Remove from the heat, add the beaten eggs, finely grated cheese, stir, pour over the cauliflower, sprinkle with almond flakes, softened butter pieces and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 15 minutes.
