Baked cottage cheese pancakes

ingredients

15 pcs pancakes

Cottage cheese filling

500 g soft cottage cheese 1 pk egg 2 pk vanillin sugar to taste powdered sugar 1 handful of raisins

200 ml milk 1 pk egg 1 pk vanillin sugar to taste powdered sugar

Everyone knows pancakes. There are many recipes for their preparation and this one has proved to be the best in our house. If you make them with love and imagination, you will surely please your loved ones 🙂

Bake thinner pancakes according to your own recipe. For this recipe I needed 15 pieces, but it depends on how thick the pancakes are and the size of the baking dish.

Make the cottage cheese filling: mix cottage cheese, egg, vanilla, raisins in a bowl and sweeten with sugar to taste.

Make the topping: whisk the egg, add 2 dcl of milk, add vanillin sugar and sugar again to taste.

Grease a small baking tray or baking dish with oil and dust with coarse flour. Fill the pancakes with the curd filling and place one next to the other. I stacked them densely side by side, in a single layer. When you have filled the baking tray/pan, pour the prepared topping over the pancakes. Bake at 200°C for about 40 min. Let cool after baking, then the pancakes hold their shape better and slice well. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
