Baked cheese in pastry dough

500 g semi-coarse flour 250 ml milk 100 g butter 1/2 cube yeast 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt
FILLING
4 pcs white mould cheese 2 pcs sour apple 2 handfuls walnuts seeds for sprinkling egg for spreading

Sieve flour into a bowl, make a well in the middle, pour some milk, add yeast and a pinch of sugar, cover and let the leaven rise, then stir, add the rest of the milk, butter, salt and work the dough, let it rise for at least an hour… Knead the risen dough and divide into 4 to 6 loaves, depending on the size of the cheese,

roll out each part of the dough, put the cheese in the middle

Place apple slices on top of cheese, sprinkle with nuts and wrap in a baggie

brush with egg wash, sprinkle with seeds and leave on the baking sheet for about 30 minutes

bake just before serving at 220°C for about 15 minutes…

serve hot…
