Baked Cheese Gnocchi

Cheese gnocchi baked until crispy together with red onion, leek, eidam and butter.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 750 g of leeks 500 g of gnocchi ./td> 500 g red onion 250 g eidam

40 g of butter 1/2 bunch of marjoram 1/2 bunch ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Peel and slice the onion, cut the cleaned leek into slices
2. Place the onion slices in the browned fat and let them brown, add the leeks, add salt and pepper, then remove them
3. Grease a baking dish, mix the gnocchi with 200 g of grated Eidam, leeks and onions, fill the baking dish, sprinkle the surface with the remaining cheese
5. Bake the dish in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, garnish the finished portions with freshly chopped marjoram.
