Baked Cheese and Egg Rolls

Rolls coated with beaten egg mixed with grated cheese, baked in the oven under the grill until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Crack the eggs, lightly salt and whisk together with the grated cheese
2. Cut the rolls lengthwise, or even cut in half, generously cover with the cheese-egg mixture, sprinkle with ground red pepper and pepper, place in the oven on a greased or baking paper lined baking sheet
3. Bake preferably under the grill in the oven until golden brown
4. Garnish the rolls with cucumber slices, paprika and serve immediately, while still warm.
