Baked Celery
Baked celery together with potatoes, bacon and cream mixture.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Dry fry the bacon cut into small cubes in a pan
2. Boil the cream and milk, add the peeled, crushed garlic cloves, rosemary, a pinch of ground chilli, spicy mustard and mix
3. Slice the peeled potatoes and the cleaned celery into thin slices
4. Pour a little of the prepared cream mixture over the bottom of the baking dish, lay the celery slices, top with the bacon and finally put a layer of potatoes and sprinkle with salt
5. Repeat until you have all the ingredients and finish with a layer of potatoes
6. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 170 °C until golden brown (about 1 hour).
