step
1.
You can also add garlic if you want, it gives a good flavor, I don’t give it because of the kids
2.
It would be best if the potatoes and cauliflower are in a 1:2 ratio, so that there is more cauliflower.. because, if there are a lot more potatoes, the pancakes would be very dense.
3.
Cook the cauliflower in salted water until it is soft.
4.
Peel and grate the potatoes, add the mashed cauliflower with a fork, chopped parsley, a little oil, salt and pepper, add the eggs and thicken with flour.
5.
Put baking paper on a baking tray and place the pancakes on the paper through a heart-shaped cutter.
6.
Place the hearts in the oven at 190 degrees, first for 20 minutes, take them out and place the sliced cheese, sliced tomato and zucchini on top of the hearts and place the cheese on top again, bake like this until the cheese is nicely browned.
7.
Pull out, allow to cool and can be dined.
8.
We can use whatever we like on the pancakes.. we can also make mini pizzas with oregano, homemade ketchup, ham and all sorts of things.
