Baked carp with sauce

ingredients

1500 g carp 200 g butter 100 g soft cheese to taste salt

Cream sauce

100 g plain flour 100 g butter 3 dl broth 3 dl cream 10 g salt

step

1. Salt and fry the individual portions of the fish – partially boned, in butter and place in a buttered fireproof dish. 2. Pour the cream sauce over everything, sprinkle with more grated cheese and bake. 3. Make a light roux with the butter and flour, pour in the stock, add the cream, season with salt and bring to the boil.
