Baked carp with horseradish

1000 g carp 100 g horseradish to taste salt 1 pk lemon 60 g breadcrumbs 100 g solidified cooking fat

1. Place the washed and salted portions of carp in a container, pile the grated horseradish on top, drizzle with lemon juice and leave to rest in the fridge for 5 h. 2. Then remove the individual portions of carp, coat them with breadcrumbs and slowly fry in fat on both sides. 3. Finally, add the horseradish to the carp portions with the juices and bake together. 4. Before serving, pile the horseradish on top of the carp portions. Serve with boiled potatoes.
