Baked carp PIVČÁK

ingredients

1 pk carp 1 dl Steiger, 11 degree beer 1 pk garlic 1 pk small onion 1 pk egg white 2 tsp chickpea flour a little butter to taste lemon juice 1 tsp adzhika a little sea salt

procedure

1. Prepare the ingredients. 2. Salt the carp a little, rub it all over with garlic, sprinkle it well with lemon juice, season it all over with 2/3 tsp Ajica. 3. Mix the egg white with the chickpea flour. 4. Coat the carp well in this batter. 5. Cut the onion into thin slices, the garlic clove into thin slices. 6. Heat the butter a little and fry the carp in it for one minute on each side. 7. Spread the onion and garlic on the butter, put the fried carp on it, pour the beer over it, add the lemon juice, season with 1/3 teaspoon Ajica and bake covered with foil for 20 minutes. 8. Serve the carp with the sauce. As a side dish, boiled potatoes, Natural rice or dark, wholemeal bread, bread rolls are suitable. I wish you a pleasant experience!
