1 kg carp to taste salt 250 g bread crumbs 3 cloves garlic 10 g butter a little lemon zest a little ground black pepper 1 dl white wine
procedure

Salt the cleaned carp inside and out. Shape the bread into a thick cylinder, pinch in the garlic cut into strips, brush the top with butter and grated lemon zest and place in the carp.

Place the prepared carp back side up in a greased baking tray, season, cover with a little water and bake. Brush it with butter while it is baking and pour wine over it before finishing.

Total baking time is 30 to 40 min. Serve with potato salad.
