4 pcs bruschetta 2 pcs Mozzarella cheese Galbani cherry tomatoes pepper salt oil oregano

1. Slice the bruschetta and lightly brown it on both sides in the oven or on the grill. Meanwhile, chop the cherry tomatoes into small pieces, lightly salt and pepper. Spread this mixture on the slices of toasted bruschetta and sprinkle with oregano. Finally, add the mozzarella cut into small cubes. 2. Lastly, lightly drizzle each slice of bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil.
