1 pk broccoli 250 ml milk 2 pk egg salt, black pepper ground 1 pk mozzarella olive oil and flour to grease and line the baking tray

Nutritious weekend breakfast.
1.
Wash the broccoli, cut into florets, salt and steam. Place in an oiled and floured roasting tin.

Beat the eggs, a pinch of salt and pepper in the milk with a whisk.
3.
Pour the béchamel over the broccoli in the baking dish.
4.
Place in an oven preheated to 170 °C. Bake for about 15 minutes.
5.
About 5 minutes before the baking time, place the sliced mozzarella cheese on top and bake until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
