Baked broccoli with egg and breadcrumbs

600 g broccoli 40 g butter 20 g breadcrumbs 2 dl milk 1 egg to taste salt

Put the cooked and disassembled broccoli in salted water into a greased and breadcrumb-lined baking tin. Mix the milk with the egg, salt and the rest of the breadcrumbs. Pour over the broccoli and bake. Pour the melted butter over the top.
