Baked Breakfast Eggs with Mushrooms and Bacon

How do you envision the breakfast of champions? Maybe just like this one. A muffin tin filled with a bacon-baked egg and sautéed mushrooms. Surprise your family, your partner, your girlfriend, your friends… Wake up half an hour early and enjoy how the delicious smell of bacon wakes up the rest of the household. Ingredients:

Number of servings: 6 6 pcs bag 250 g of bacon 100 g grated hard cheese 100 g mushrooms 6 tbsp milk 1 tbsp butter 1 handful of parsley freshly ground pepper salt suitable baking pans

Procedure:

  • Line the baking or muffin tins with bacon slices on the bottom and sides.
  • Evenly distribute the grated cheese into the molds.
  • Fry the sliced mushrooms in butter and add to the cheese layer.
    Then crack one egg into each mold.
  • Spray the top with a tablespoon of milk, salt, pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
