Baked Beans with Cheese

Green bean pods boiled for a while in slightly salted water, well drained, baked in the oven seasoned, sprinkled with grated cheese, covered with flakes of butter.

Ingredients:

400 g of green bean flakes 60 g grated hard cheese (promoter, cheddar) 40 g butter pepper oil salt

Procedure:

1. Remove the tips and fibers from the beans, rinse them, cut them into diagonal strips, drop them into boiling salted water and cook them until tender
2. Let the soft beans drain thoroughly, then arrange them in a greased baking dish, pepper them, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with flakes of butter
