Baked baby potatoes in skin with parmesan

400 g pre-cooked baby potatoes in skin 1 tsp ground red pepper 1 tsp whole cumin 1 tsp salt pcs dried oregano pcs ground black pepper pcs dried garlic 4 tbsp olive oil 50 g grated parmesan

First, boil the baby potatoes in their skins, so that they cook for max 5 minutes, pour off the water and when they cool, cut them in half.

To the potatoes prepared in this way, progressively add ground red pepper, whole cumin, salt, dried oregano black pepper, dried garlic, olive oil and grated parmesan.

Toss the whole mixture to combine the flavours.

Transfer the mixture-coated baby potatoes onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread them out so they don’t touch.

Stir in more Parmesan cheese to taste.

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
