Baguettes with roast beef

Baked baguettes filled with horseradish mayonnaise, rocket and roast beef.

Ingredients:

2 pieces of long whole wheat baguettes 12 pcs roast beef slices 1 tbsp of olive oil 2 handfuls of arugula butter for rubbing For horseradish mayonnaise: 4 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 pcs of apple 1 pcs of thumb-sized horseradish juice from 1/2 lemon ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Peel the apples and horseradish, finely grate into a bowl, drizzle with lemon juice, stir in mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to taste
2. Rinse the cleaned arugula, drain, place in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil and mix
4. Spread the prepared horseradish mayonnaise with rocket on the bottom of the baguettes, lay the roast beef slices, put some more rocket on top and cover the top of the baguettes.
