Baguette stuffed with avocado

ingredients

2 pcs baguette or bun 1 pcs ripe avocado 1 pcs tomato 50 g feta cheese 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp lemon juice, olive oil a little mung sprouts to taste salt, ground black pepper

procedure

1. Season the olive oil with pressed garlic, salt and pepper. Rub it on the cut baguettes, which you have previously toasted on the inside in a dry frying pan. 2. Place the avocado slices on the bottom of the baguette and drizzle with lemon juice, tomato slices, crumbled cheese and a few mung sprouts (optional).
