Bacon Dumplings Po Wallachian

Recipe from Moravia for dumplings made of smoked pork belly, bacon, coarse flour and other ingredients, served with cabbage.

Ingredients:

200 g of coarse flour 150 g of bacon 2 dl milk 100 g smoked pork belly 4 pcs of jam (rolls) 3 pcs eggs 1 pc onion water salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the bacon into small cubes, melt it, fry the finely chopped onion and fry the cubes of buns on it
2. Pour the milk and beaten eggs over the half-cooled fried buns, add the chopped smoked meat, add salt and mix the mixture
3. When the water boils, form round dumplings with your hands and cook for 12-15 minutes, depending on the size
