Bác II.
An old Czech recipe from South Bohemia. It is actually a potato cake baked in the oven until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. Crumble the yeast into a little lukewarm milk and let the yeast rise
2. Pour the semi-coarse flour into a bowl, add salt, sourdough starter, eggs, oil, ground or finely chopped crackling, garlic, ground pepper and marjoram to taste
3. Divide the dough into two halves, roll out two sheets and place them on baking trays greased with lard and sprinkled with poppy seeds, then brush with melted lard and sprinkle with poppy seeds
5. Place in a preheated oven at 200 °C and bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
