Method of preparation

1 In a large bowl, combine the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder and oil and mix into a semi-stiff dough. 2 Crumble the chocolate and divide into two halves, mix one half into the batter. 3 Stir in the almond flavouring and most of the coconut and leave to set for a while. 4 Grease a cake tin with flour (preferably a flat cake tin that can be separated from the base), 5 and sprinkle with the pre-prepared mixture of flour and the remaining coconut 6 Pour out the first half of the batter (“Light”) 7 Mix the standard cocoa powder and a little instant cocoa to taste into the remaining batter, then pour it into the cake tin. 8 Bake at 180°C for about 30-45 minutes. 9 Meanwhile, steam the remaining chocolate and add a small lump of milk. 10 Once baked, immediately pour the chocolate on top and leave to cool slightly.
