Bábovka z Jistebnice

Sweet dessert from our grandmothers’ recipe book.

Ingredients:

Rescription for 1 piece of cake: 250 g of icing sugar 150 g 1 tsp ground star anise 5 pcsblowing agent grits to line the mould oil to grease the mould mould for bundt cake

Procedure:

1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and star anise
2. Add the stiff egg white snow and pour the batter into an oiled and crumb-dusted bundt pan
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160-170 °C for about 30-35 minutes
