300 g full-fat cottage cheese (lumpy) 350 g plain flour extra special 3 pcs egg 1 packet vanilla sugar 1 pinch salt 100 g melted butter milk 1 tsp baking soda powdered sugar for sprinkling vegetable oil for spreading

Grandma’s cheesecake fancies always taste delicious. The children asked for whipped cream to go with them.

and knead it on a lightly floured board.

Then roll out the dough and cut out the flan.

Fry them in hot oil.

Turn them out onto a paper napkin

And in a bowl, sugar them.Finally, shake them and coat the fannies with sugar by themselves. Enjoy.
