Last Updated on
ingredients
2 pcs chicken breast 50 g hunter’s sausage 50 g Emmentaler 1 pcs processed cheese 1 pcs egg to taste salt a little plain flour 60 ml sunflower oil
procedure
1.
Prepare the necessary ingredients
2.
Cut the breasts, open them and tenderize them. Salt both sides, cut the hunter’s sausage into small cubes, grate the cheese into thicker slices and divide the processed cheese into 4 parts and place on the meat.
3.
Mix the salami and cheese and divide over the meat. Fold the meat over and secure with a needle.
4.
Prepare some plain flour in a bowl to coat and scramble one egg on a plate (enough for 4 rolls).
5.
Coat the rolls in flour and in between, heat a frying pan and pour oil into the heated pan and let it heat up.
6.
When the oil is hot, coat the rolls in the beaten egg, place in the pan and cover with a lid. Roast for about 5 minutes.
7.
When they are golden brown, turn them over and fry for another 5 minutes on the other side.
8.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
9.
If we have large breasts, we can split the roasted breasts in half, especially for children. If we have small children, it is preferable for them to put ham instead of sausage.
10.
Good taste!
