500 g beef 500 g pork 1 pk smoked knee 1 pk smoked sausage 1 pk onion 2 pk carrots 500 g cooked beans 1 slice celery 2 pk tomato 2 tbsp ground red pepper 2 cloves garlic lard salt, bay leaf, thyme, black ml. pepper

Fry onion, carrot, celery in lard, add hovedzie meat, fry a little, red pepper,tomato pour salt and cook until semi-soft. Later add the pork. All the spices. Simmer until done.

I especially cook smoked knee. I don’t pour out the water.

When the knee is cooked I add the water to the meat, cut the sausage into cubes, cut the sausage into rings and cook the large beans, mix everything together. I add the pressed garlic, add water if necessary, finish cooking and season.
