Avocado with shrimp

Here’s a recipe that is sure to please, avocados with shrimp; a pure delight! Serve as an appetizer or a worthy starter to serve to your guests.

Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados 1 tomato 1 minced onion 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco 1 teaspoon lemon juice 150g peeled shrimp 1 cucumber 1 minced garlic clove 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Start by cutting the avocados in half, then scoop out the flesh and dice it, then also dice the tomato and cucumber.

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, add salt and pepper and let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Fill the shrimp avocados with this mixture and serve!
