Avocado toast, salmon and poached egg, a breakfast to enjoy

I have to confess something, I love this avocado toast not only for breakfast, because many times it also solves my dinner, if accompanied by a bowl of some light and warm soup.

Ingredients

Bread slices, 4 (preferably whole wheat) Avocado, 1 Philadelphia type cream cheese, 4 teaspoons Cherry tomatoes, 4 Smoked salmon, 4 slices M eggs, 4 Capers, 4 Sesame seeds Salt Vinegar

Step 1

We cook the poached eggs, for this we put water to heat with a splash of vinegar, but only until it is close to boiling. Stir with a spoon to form a swirl and crack the egg so that, taking advantage of the swirl, the white does not disperse.

Step 2

Toast the bread and spread it with the cream cheese.

Step 3

Place a quarter of a sliced avocado on each piece of toast and season with salt to taste.

Step 4

Place a slice of salmon on top of each toast and place a poached egg on top of the salmon.

Step 5

Each avocado toast is topped with a cherry tomato and a chopped caper. To give a crunchy point we sprinkle with a few toasted black sesame seeds.

Notes

Slow carbohydrates from whole grain bread, fiber, high biological value proteins and good fats, few breakfasts as balanced as this one can be prepared in such a short time and allow you to get to lunchtime without being faint.

To drink you can choose a coffee or an infusion. If you want something sweet, you can add a piece of fruit. If what you are looking for is a healthy breakfast, avoid juices.
