Avocado stuffed with tuna

4 pcs ripe avocado 2 cans tuna Calvo in olive oil 80g 1 pcs tomato 1 pcs red onion 2 cloves garlic 1 handful chopped coriander 1 pcs lemon to taste salt, ground black pepper cherry tomatoes for garnish cilantro for garnish
procedure
1. Peel the avocado, halve and remove the stones. Drizzle the resulting halves with lemon to prevent oxidation. Using a spoon, poke holes in the six avocado halves for the pits. With the remaining two avocado halves, mash the resulting flesh with a fork or spread it with a knife. 2. Finely chop the red onion, tomato and garlic. Drain the tuna meat and mix with the tomatoes, red onion, garlic and mashed avocado. Finally, season the resulting mixture by adding coriander, salt and pepper. 3. Stuff the mixture with the avocado halves, which can be garnished with a cherry tomato half and coriander leaves. Serve alone or with toasted bread seasoned with olive oil, garlic and herbs.
