Avocado stuffed with crab meat

Simple appetizer of avocado and crab meat.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut washed avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits, carefully cut the skins away from the flesh so as not to break it, drizzle the flesh with lemon juice and salt
2. Finely chopped crab meat, pepper, stuff into avocados and cool well
3. Before serving, arrange lettuce leaves and finely chopped celery stalks on 4 dessert plates, top with avocados, olives and pour dressing over everything.
Prepare the dressing:
Dissolve the salt in the vinegar, add the pepper, mix with the mustard and whisk in the oil drop by drop.)
Note:
The avocado resembles a pear in shape and size, is dark green on the outside, and has light green flesh with a mild flavor. It is used for appetizers and salads.
