Wash and peel the avocado. Cut into small pieces and mash with a fork to make a “puree.”

Add two tablespoons of sour cream and a tablespoon of cheese in the casing. Mix together.

Add salt to taste, also oregano, black pepper and paprika. A pinch of chilli.

You can add lemongrass or lemon juice. Mix well.

Spread on sandwiches and serve with chopped tomato and squid pieces.

Also add the cheese roll.

To season the plate, we can also add chilli sauce.

Finally, we can garnish the sandwiches with sesame seeds and chia seeds.
