1 pcs large avocado 1 pcs grated hard cheese salt ground black pepper

Clean and mash the avocado with the syrocream, add the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Slice the turnip into rounds and spread with the prepared spread. Garnish with tomato 🙂
