Avocado and mozzarella sandwich

8 wholemeal bread 2 pcs avocado 4 leaves Chinese cabbage 200 g mozzarella 1 tbsp Hellmanns mayonnaise 1 to taste ground black pepper 1 to taste garlic

A delicious snack for a garden party or backpacking trip. 1. In a bowl, mix together four tablespoons of Hellmann’s mayonnaise and a handful of chopped fresh dill, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. 2. Peel the avocados, halve, remove the pit and slice. 3. Spread a layer of the prepared dip on the bottom slice of bread, arrange the pieces of sliced avocado, sliced mozzarella, a piece of Chinese cabbage and spread a little more herb dip. Finally, top with a second slice of bread.
