2 butter 1 pk 5 cm leek 2 pk carrots 800 ml vegetable broth 1 cup frozen vegetable mix

Soup to warm up on cold autumn days
1.
In a saucepan, sauté sliced leeks in butter.

Add diced carrots and sauté again.
3.
Cover with vegetable stock and cook covered for 12 minutes.
4.
Add a cup of frozen mixed Vegetable Recipes and cook for 8 more minutes.
5.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
