Australian Burger

This is our favorite burger to make at home. We prepare it from beef front, which we grind and then mix with other ingredients. We grill the burgers on a home grill. In a toasted bun along with veggies, seasoned with mayo, ketchup and mustard is just great!

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 500-600 g of beef front

. 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley 1 pcs medium onion finely chopped 1 pc larger egg ground black pepper salt Other: 4 pcs hamburger buns 8 pcs bacon slices 4 pcs cheddar cheese slices 2 pcs ripe tomatoes 1 pc iceberg lettuce mayonnaise mustard mustard onion butter ketchup

Procedure:

  • Grind the meat, put it in a bowl, add the other ingredients for the burgers, season with salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly
  • .Divide the mixture into four equal parts, form patties
  • Grill on a hot contact grill for 4 to 5 minutes, remembering to adjust the height of the top plate to the thickness of the burgers
  • Place the burgers on the grill and let rest for a while, place the bacon and buttered buns cut side down on the grill, leave the grill open, turn the bacon over over time, grill until crispy
  • Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of the toasted bun, the burger, a slice of cheese and two pieces of crispy bacon on top, then a tomato, cucumber and onion round, season with mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard
  • Cover the top of the toasted bun, do the same for the other three burgers.
