This is our favorite burger to make at home. We prepare it from beef front, which we grind and then mix with other ingredients. We grill the burgers on a home grill. In a toasted bun along with veggies, seasoned with mayo, ketchup and mustard is just great!
Grind the meat, put it in a bowl, add the other ingredients for the burgers, season with salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly
.Divide the mixture into four equal parts, form patties
Grill on a hot contact grill for 4 to 5 minutes, remembering to adjust the height of the top plate to the thickness of the burgers
Place the burgers on the grill and let rest for a while, place the bacon and buttered buns cut side down on the grill, leave the grill open, turn the bacon over over time, grill until crispy
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom of the toasted bun, the burger, a slice of cheese and two pieces of crispy bacon on top, then a tomato, cucumber and onion round, season with mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard
Cover the top of the toasted bun, do the same for the other three burgers.
