Asparagus with ox eye

ingredients

400 g asparagus 100 g butter 4 pcs egg to taste salt, lard

procedure

1. Peel the asparagus, cut the bottom, tie into a bundle and boil in salted water for a while. 2. Remove the asparagus, untie and fry in butter. Place the asparagus on a plate. Season with salt.
