Asparagus cream with peas
ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil 1 pk onion 500 g frozen asparagus 1 pk potato 1 cup frozen peas 800 ml vegetable broth

Unique combination of peas and asparagus flavours. Healthy creamy soup.
1.
In a saucepan, sauté finely chopped onions in olive oil.

Add diced asparagus, diced potato and frozen peas. Stir.
3.
Pour in the broth so that the Vegetable Recipes are covered.
4.
Bring the soup to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
5.
Mix the soup into a cream, to make it really smooth we have to strain the cream through a sieve.
6.
Serve.
