Asparagus baked with mozzarella and bacon

ingredients

12 pcs asparagus 4 pcs pancetta 1 pcs mozzarella 1 butter 1 pinch salt a little oil

step

1. Remove the wooden ends from the asparagus. In a saucepan, bring the water to the boil, season with salt and soften with butter. When the water is boiling, throw in the asparagus and cook for 2 minutes. Remove to cold water and drain. 2. Spread the pancetta on a kitchen plate, place the slices of mozzarella on top and 3 pieces of asparagus each. Roll them up and place them in a greased baking dish. I bake in the oven under the grill for about 15 minutes.
