Rice paper can be filled with anything. The flavorful combination of mushrooms, chicken, Vegetable Recipes and rice is one of the most popular. This batch makes 12 rolls.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
Slice the chicken and mushrooms into small pieces
Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken, mushrooms, leek rounds, bell pepper strips, season with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper, saute until soft
Stir fry the chicken, mushrooms, leek rounds, bell pepper strips, season with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper./li>
Add cooked rice to the finished mixture, stir, add salt if necessary
Moisten the rice paper to make it malleable, spread the mixture in the middle, roll into a shape
Fry the rolls until golden brown in a higher layer of oil, let soak on a napkin, excess oil

Pour the sauce over the hot rolls, whisking it with a fork from the above ingredients, or serve the sauce in a bowl, where the rolls are then dipped.
