Asian Rolls with Chicken and Mushrooms

Rice paper can be filled with anything. The flavorful combination of mushrooms, chicken, Vegetable Recipes and rice is one of the most popular. This batch makes 12 rolls.

Ingredients:

12 pieces of rice paper 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs red meaty peppers 1/2 pcs of leeks 300 g of leeks mushrooms (preferably a mixture) 300 g chicken 100 g cooked rice 1/2 tsp grated ginger soy sauce pepper oil salt On the sauce: 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp coriander 2 pcs garlic cloves

Procedure:

  • Slice the chicken and mushrooms into small pieces
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken, mushrooms, leek rounds, bell pepper strips, season with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper, saute until soft
  • Stir fry the chicken, mushrooms, leek rounds, bell pepper strips, season with soy sauce, ginger, garlic and pepper./li>
  • Add cooked rice to the finished mixture, stir, add salt if necessary
  • Moisten the rice paper to make it malleable, spread the mixture in the middle, roll into a shape
  • Fry the rolls until golden brown in a higher layer of oil, let soak on a napkin, excess oil
  • Soak the rolls in the oil./li>
  • Pour the sauce over the hot rolls, whisking it with a fork from the above ingredients, or serve the sauce in a bowl, where the rolls are then dipped.
